Truth be told, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first heard of this… but I knew I wanted to try it.
It was perfection.
I marinated it like I normally do (marinated with olive oil, Montreal Steak seasoning, and Lawry’s seasoning salt), and airfried it on 400 degrees for 7-10 minutes on each side… depending on how well you like your steak.
