There’s nothing like…

… roaming the streets of Manhattan in the middle of night. Thankfully, the weather was great too! On Saturday night, my brothers, nine cousins, and I ventured out to eat at 53rd and 6th (really delicious gyro sandwiches/platters) and then walked around for a couple of hours. I saw the Apple store for the first time – it is amazing! The store is underground, but the building itself is glass. Right across from that is the Plaza Hotel (most people remember it from Home Alone 2)… which was pretty cool too.

Contrary to what you would think, most of the things close REALLY early in Manhattan! Whatever happened to the ‘city that never sleeps’?

It’s pretty funny (and sad) how close we live to the city, yet haven’t explored it too much at all.
